The ferrovial project relying London with the North of England moves forward efficiently, since the production of the segments ended not long ago. Mission completed for CBE GROUP.
The CBE GROUP expertise requested on several lots of the HS2 project
The HS2 adventure has begun in 2019 for CBE Group with the contract signature for a first lot named Central 1 (C1), and the commissionning of a first carousel in January 2021. A second carousel is commissionned several months later and will form with the previous one the first CBE double-carousel.
Later, CBE GROUP will provide moulds for the Bromford and Long Itchington lots, produced in farmer CBE carousels, after a retrofit made by CBE team.

From the cast of the concrete in the moulds to the evacuation on the storage zone, CBE GROUP plants allowed the complete support of the production. For this project, CBE has been precursor by providing a double-carousel and a prestorage zone for concrete segments.
With the CBE GROUP expertise, 112 350 segments has been produced, in an average cycletime of 8 minuts per segment.
